Wednesday nights at Spill Wine offer a ‘one and done’ option for dinner. A new dish is served each week, and the $5 corkage is for a category of wine we think pairs best with the dish. This is a great opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal in a beautiful venue, paired with wine that would be three times the price in any restaurant! Sounds like a steal to us.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM OUR DINNERS?

From 5pm each Wednesday evening, our team puts together an incredible meal that will depend on the weather, how we are feeling, what’s in season, and what wine we want to serve that night. Think rich and warming Cassoulet with wines from the south of France, a Risotto Milanese with wines from Piedmonte, or even a perfectly balanced bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen with some sharp Australian Riesling.

ANYTHING ELSE?

As a token of our appreciation for our local friends, each Wednesday, we are offering a $5 corkage (instead of our usual $20) on the paired wine category. There is nothing better than getting bottle shop pricing and no washing up. What a perfect way to ease into the end of the week.

Our team posts the upcoming menu every Monday afternoon via our newsletter and socials. Our dinners are very popular, so bookings are essential. Please note our Seasonal Snack Menu is not available on Wednesdays.
